How to approach the exams?

When studying for the exams, the best approach is to take the list of questions (distributed one week before the exam and listed below) as a starting point. Each question relates directly to the class notes. Make sure you understand the methods/concepts explained in the class notes. Read the textbook on the topic if it is not completely clear.

Important: You will need to read the chapters in the textbook to get a better understanding of the issues. However, issues that are not discussed in class, but are in the textbook, will not be part of the exams.
